  I have the same problem. Light comes on but no display on the clock and no intercom or doorbell. Is there a rest or something?

    Were you ever able to solve your problem? I have the same issue. Model #IM-3303. The backlight is on, but no radio, intercom or doorbell chime. I live in Martin County, Florida.
