sony 5 dvd changer model cmt hpx 11d

Hi I have the above model of 5 dvd cahnger but DVD mechinism is not working .If this will be available my dvd will start working again. I dont want to give my set to sony service centre. As this is happend due to them only while servicing and while handing over they did not informed me.
