Hi all, Have a JVC GR DVM75 video camera that has been "sitting around" unused for at least 3 years. Interested in giving it to my brother, but got this message when I went to fire it up. Gave it a couple of hard whacks and what do you know...it works!. Will pass it to him with similar advice should he have trouble. I will, of course, have him get it cleaned too. Thanks for the great advice.
