I am having the same issue. If you jimmy with the eject button and switch the power off and on it will spit the tape out. I had this problem a year ago with the same error, but it mysteriously went away. I just transferred 3 tapes with it, than it gives the error. Where can I find a list of errors so I can diagnose this problem? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
