Only the cable channels are not working.

The t.v. stills allows me to play dvds and the picture is great. The only problem is that I cannot watch the regular t.v. stations. I have cable and have attached another t.v. to that connection and it plays fine, so I know it has something to do with the Sony itself. Has anybody else had this problem and how did you fix it?
