HomeI cannot upload videos or photos from jvc everio GZ-MG330 I received a new jvc camcorder as a Christmas present but nothing happens when I connect it to my pc. I have put in the disc which came with the camcorder and have attatched the usb cables but it doesnt seem to read the camcorder, nothing appears on the screen to upload the videos can you please help. Thanks

Its a case of whether or not you have followed the instructions on and from page 24 onwards in your user manual, as they have to be followed "exactly". You should also note the qualification mentioned regarding the software insomuch that its not guaranteed to work on all PC's even although the PC's technical requirements appear to be in order. |
