Homedon't buy jvc. buy canon zr series.best choice ever he wazzup??i bought a brandnew jvc gr-d775u cam. the second time i used it , it went into safemode 01 and now i can't record or play the damn thing .it only recorded 27 minutes. what the hell is going on???there is no support from the jvc site whatsoever. many people have these safemode problems.did i lose my money on this item????????.

Surely if you purchased the camcorder brand new then there would have been some form of warranty on it? however if it was new but the warranty expired before you found out about the defect I am quite sure that if you contacted JVC customer services of wherever you are located (US or parts of Canada?) they would be sympathetic to a "goodwill" repair. (purchase receipt essential though!) |
