Could you tell me what a voltage stabilizer is? I just bought a TAF700ES at a garage sale. The off-on switch didn't work, so I bypassed it with a toggle switch on the rear panel above the speaker connections. The unit now clicks on okay after 5 or 6 seconds, but red light stays on. It works okay. Should I care that the green light doesn't come on? Also, would you be able to sell me a copy of your owners manual? I have nothing on the unit's specs & don't get what some of the stuff on the front panel means. Thanks.
