HomeThe TV has this Black Box in the middle of the screen when we turn it on. We have no remote to this TV so we can't control any of the menu options. The set was given to us without a manual and a remote control. Can someone help us to remove that Black Box from our screen manually? Thanks Louise

The black box you refer to is "closed caption" associated with text, unfortunately it requires the TV's "original" remote control (not a replacemement type) to remove this. |
