Sony Camcorder tape carraige sticks

Sony camcorder, TRV310, sticking tape carraige, tune-up

I have a Sony TRV320 camcorder and the tape carraige seems to stick as it reaches the final seating spot. Is there any lubrication or other adjustments that can be made?
