Admittedly you didn't! but anyone who makes a comment about "helping the environment" etc, etc, generally thinks along the lines that man is somehow destroying it so something must be done to save it, which is a ploy constantly expressed by people with a vested interest in furthering some business enterprise they might be either directly, or indirectly involved with. The other point being that this site is basically supposed to be for "technical purposes" albeit that it is frequently hi-jacked by people making ridiculous postings asking advice on "how to become a famous singer" etc, so although your particular comment about e-cards is quite valid as far as sending convenience etc is concerned the site is not really intended for this sort of thing, as if everyone used it as a platform for making social comments any technical questions that might be asked would be lost amongst these type of posts.
