What happened to the set??

Something happend to our set. The volume display used to be green with the adjust lines yellow....now they are blue with the adjust lines red...this is with all the functions.....i try to manually adjust colors but still have a slight red tint in the picture? Even the animation doesnt show the true colrs...what has happened?? is there a master code or reset or is the set about to expire? It is only about 3 or 4 years old...
