Repair manual for AV-56WP74

I've had the IC's "replaced" two times in less than 3 years. Today I have no picture and the only sound is the "heartbeat" like sound others have described and the power light blinks on/off. Is this related to the two IC parts? The repair center said they replaced both with a higher end part that could handle the temperatures on the last visit. Can I do these myself and save the hassle of a repair visit? My extended warranty is now up and even though these have been "repaired" before, I can either fix or buy new TV. I'd rather try to fix first :-) Can you email me the repair manual? Thanks so much!
