Homehow do i fix my tv? hi i have a jvc tv not sure of the model right now. i bought it only a year ago. the tv do anything. the power light is on but the tv wont actually work and it keeps makeing a clicking sound. also it the tv is plugged in it wont power off. the power light stays on no matter what and it keeps clicking. i had to unplug it. i've read about a fuse. do you think it might be the fuse? and if so where do i find the fuse and is it a kind i can easily buy in the store (like walmart or best buy)?

I strongly advise you "NOT" to attempt to touch anything inside the TV as its rather obvious that you aren't acquaint with TV set innards which contain some very high voltages, with these lingering for quite a considerable time after switch off. This advice particularly poignant as the problem you mention will most likely be in the high voltage power circuity areas of either the time bases or power supply to them. |
