I think you will be quite shocked when you discover the price of this assembly, it costing about half as much as the camcorders original price, however before you decide on anything you should check the system switch, as it has also been alleged to have (on occasion's) been responsible for the problem, plus of course other forms of testing should be done to verify the assembly is actually at fault before paying out large sums of money.
