Homejvc gr-d22u camcorder. hi,i have a gr-d22u jvc camcorder purchased a few years ago,it sit awhile then i tryed tunrning it on the other day and there is no picture and it says lens cap,the lens cap is not on,it wont show any picture,what is the problem?

Regret full info cannot be provided as it has to go to a DIRECT e-mail address, (you have restricted yours) however if you still have the purchase receipt (important!) contact JVC customer services as a free repair on this model is on offer to the original purchasers of the device, this expiring end of June 2009. |
