JVC GR-DX97EK Condensation Problem

Camera failed during a trip to Thailand.

Need some advice regarding this JVC problem. I think the sensor probably needs cleaned. Any chance of the instructions on this. Regards and TIA

Info on the procedure which includes a JPEG for illustration purposes can only be sent to a DIRECT e-mail address for technical reasons, you having restricted yours.
