Your difficulty in transferring video to PC can be caused by a number of things including compatibility problems between the camcorder and the PC, and so you will really have to mention what operating system you PC uses, Windows XP, Vista, or maybe MAC. The other point is, have you followed "exactly" the instructions as given on pages 51 & 52 of the guide book?
