TV clicks on/off when cold. Is this the "blinking" problem?

I am going to find the flyback adjustments everyone talks about and try it. I can feel a relay on the G board cycling. That is the de-gauss/power board according to the info I got for $15 on line and could barely read with a 2X magnifier. Thanks, hope to hear from you... Walter
