You have to provide a much more detailed explanation of exactly what devices you are referring to, like for example what type of PC you have and what operating system it uses, e.g: Windows XP or Vista etc, also what type of camcorder you have and what method you are using to try and transfer the video, USB or firewire. No-one can possibly assist unless these things are explained.
