Please tell me more about this problem

I got some trouble when plugging my MS in the camera.It instantly flashes the message "C:13:01 ERROR" and i can't even press the shoot button, and therefore it can't record any data.it is permanently displayed when the MS is plugged.When I remove the MS it flashes "NO MS".I would like to know if it is fixable and how to fix the problem.Please help.
