I am replacing the backsplash in my kitchen. House was built about 1990. The backsplach has a Nutone ST-1000 am/fm cassette radio with several 25 ohm speakers wired to it. I am in need of a replacement for this unit (I am now aware that it has been recalled). Do you know of anything (doesn't have to be Nutone) that I can wire in to replace? thx

  I am also looking for something to replace the NuTone Radio in my kitchen. Did you find a suitable replacement that is more up to date. I am really looking for AUX input for MP3 players as well as a CD player.
