My JVC GR-D200EK camcorder does not come on, using either mains or battery.

I suspect one of the internal fuses has blown, since both the battery and mains/charger are working fine. Does anyone know how to dismantle the camcorder to access the internal fuses, and how to replace a blown fuse?
