This type of error code is normally associated with a camcorder that is coupled to another device for purposes of video transferring, and so if you do "not" have it coupled anything else then the only first measure you can do is to disconnect the battery for a couple of minutes to allow the camera's logic circuit to reset, however if this doesnt make any difference then also try it whilst coupled the mains power unit just in case the battery is low, this irrespective of what the indicator might show.
