The CCD assembly part number I have listed on the service manual for a D30U is YB20942A-SS, although this is the the complete assembly small PCB with the sensor and a few other components on it, whereas in the UK the actual 14 pin sensor part is available separately at just over £30GBP. Should you already have the camcorder dismantled to access this module that fine, but if you haven't I could sent appropriately doctored JPEG's from the service manual showing the procedure.
