when i on the power~the power automatic shutdown in 3second and write the code F-61~!!what should i do?

anybody know how to solve this kind of problem.. this model panasonic SA-DK10 error code F61 look like prevent something in a circuit.

You'r quite right. The power regulater may not work or damaged.
