I am getting code C:13:01 and it will notread the disk.

I have owned this camera since 2001 and I now have this code C:13:01 and it will not read the disk. I can hear noise like the eye moving but the disk does not seem to be moving. I paid a lot for this camera in 2001 and I know cameras are cheaper but I like this one and have a lot of mini disk for it also. Can someone help me out with this problem. Thank You
