HomeDon;t know how to remove safe mode.. I have a JVC camcorder model # Gr sxm33ou. It goes into a safe mode what does this mean and how do I fix it. It was eating up the tapes so I ordered a head cleaner. Now this safe mode thing comes on..... Thanks Jcagle

What it is doing should surely suggest what the safe mode is! that being the mechanism has shut down because a fault has been detected in the take up drive system, this requiring the dismantling of the casing to be investigated properly, this said of course assuming that more than one tape has been tried (and spoiled) as tapes can start to stick within the cassette housing. |
