Sony is Garbage

Sony is garbage compared to Samsung anyways. My 50 inch Sony TV died and they offered me a deal to get a new TV at a discounted price. They made it would sound like it would take about 2 weeks for my new TV to arrive. Well it has been almost a month and my TV has not shipped. The casing around the lamp in my TV got hot and melted, also breaking the bulb. It is a common defect in that particular TV that I had and was unrepairable, hence the deal I was offered. They said they wanted to keep me as a customer. After dealing with these guys they have lost me as a customer. I own 3 Sony TVs and a blu ray player. I can tell you now that I am itching to sell them or throw them in the trash. What garbage.
