You would normally have been able to download this from JVC's support / downloads section but JVC has altered their system whereby many operators manuals are no longer there, however I could normally have been able to send you a PDF copy but am unable to oblige as you have chosen to restrict your e-mail address.

Hi, I just purchase a JVC VHS Camcorder mod GR-SXM 250u, I too, have been looking for a manual. Would you be so kind as to email me a copy or give me a source where I can download. I would appreciate it greatly.
