replacing the holder

I just received the holder part, and it has a terminal attached which gives me the creeps. The company told me to call 239-768-7691 for instructor to walk me through the process, you can try this to find how to install. Please send me a new camera!! I am leaning toward a new camera, will it be a Sony? It depends on how they handle this.
