Hi Julie - I am currently looking to replace my system as well. My husband installed the system when we built the house, so I have all the instruction manuals. We never had good luck with the intercoms...lots of static with voice and some speakers didn't pick up voice at all. I think it had to do with the button switches because the radio reception was always good. We never used it much except for the radio in the kitchen and I'd turn on the speakers throughout house when cleaning. We installed in mid-80's and system still works. It's so outdated I now want to replace as well. I'll let you know what I find out unless you find a replacement first.
