low output in secondary

i have av-29bx16 29" tv. was working well, now it is dead. i tested the +b, it is showing +40volts only, thinking that it may b because of a weak str[w6556a], so i replased it with new one, but no changes, i continued by replasing opto, se135 & some capacitors, now it is boring me, will u guide me plz. thanks in advance.......
