Hi, my sony ux20 handycam stopped working and only the light at near memory stick on camera flickers at regular interval.

i got it checked and found that all the fuses on the motherboard are fine. The expected problem seems to be of power supply chip (IC). so please let me know how to procure or an alternative for the same. I do not have the no. of that IC, My mechanic didnt give me.so please help me. it just 9months old does not have guarantee.
