ATTENTION !!!!! Help needed to open tape carriage for sony ccd-f7 camcorder

Any help would be appreciated ,,, ASAP. I am disabled and need to get my handycam to playback recordings of the insidents that caused my disability and my wifes cancer(chemical misapplecations to our home and to us).The handycam was not used much since first bought and has been stored for some time.The problem is that when I press the eject switch I hear something run inside but the caset tape carriage does not come up and the side dore does not open so I can put in my tapes to play them or to record with the camera. If anybody knows how to disasemble this camera or would have sony instructions on how to open and repair it would realy help me. Maybe one of you have had this same problem and have experiance repairing it which could also help me to diagnose and repair the problem.You may post along with your e-mail address so I can get back to you for easier communications.
