replacement parts (looking for radio mic tie clip - black wire clip)

Hi, Can anyone help me in locating spare parts for the Sony UW-C1 radio mic Tie-Clip set. I'm trying to replace the black wire clip for attaching the mics to clothes etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
