The problem you are experiencing can be due to a number of different factors so the first obvious question would be what video capture software are you using on your PC? that is "if" you didn't have the software CD provided with the camcorder. Also does this problem equally apply on both still images and video? The other point is are you following the procedure exactly as set out in the handbook for the camcorder?
