i am not able to take a photo

My sony cybershot w5 got a problem. The flash intensity is not constant always.I can take clear pictures in sunlight keeping flash off. Whenever i turn on the flash i am getting a dark image even if light is enough. Flashing is not consistent. Sometimes the flash will be over intense and i am getting only a light image where nothing is visible. I got a problem too. When my battery is unloaded from my camera more than 3 hours, the camera is asking to set date and time. One more after taking 2 or 3 snaps the battery indicator is showing a little battery.The yellow indicator light is blinking for more time and to take a snap i have to wait till it stops blinking.I changed the battery but still i have the above mentioned problems. I need an expert help
