possible fix for condensation problem

ok first i let the camera sit with all the doors and fixtures and what not open with no plug or battery....but wait with the camera on unplug the power and yank out the battery now after it sat for about 30 mins use a blow dryer and blow cold air for about 15 mins now i let it sit in my freezer for no more than 20 mins yes my freezer

    Blowing mildly warm air into the open cassette holder on camcorder for about 30 seconds or so is the "only" thing that can be done to help a "genuine" condensation issue, nothing else does and is liable to make things far worse and especially if you do anything that chills the mechanism, as that encourages moisture to occur on the alloy video drum. This whole range of "D" followed by two digits models can suffer from "pseudo" condensation problems which can only be cured by either resetting the back up memory of disabling the sensor, a task that should only be attempted by a technically proficient person.
