Although I am not acquaint with that particular model, but in general terms if you are meaning that the radio is still "illuminated" although no sound can be heard then thats inclined to indicate that the main power supply to the amplification equipment etc has shut down because a fault has developed, this most likely being in the output stage I/C's. There is nothing you can really do about this as it requires the services of a repair tech. PS: Although I dont think that there will be, but make sure there isn't a reset button on the rear of the chassis.
