Need advise

I have a Broan wall mount intercom in my kitchen with cassette AM/FM etc...front doorbox, ceiling speakers, room monitors and volume control. I want to upgrade to latest greatest but am limited by wiring. Is there any converter that will give my quality performance on old 8 conductor non-shielded. I am willing to rip the damn thing down if need be. Would feel good!
