Pls give me an schematic diagram of 95-4200 maruwa.

My problem is i cant understand the electronics.the sign in the pcb is Q(transistor) but the components is look like an diode.w/out body number or value...and its shorted.there is also no polarity sign here..color white,the 1 feet of the component is in the emitter and the other is in the base...pls help me my problem..im just only a begginer...
