my onida ky thunder 21" model tv whose sound up and down automatically and the remote technique totally not work ,i testing the remote its works properly.please help me what i am doing.

onida kythunder 21 inchs tv sound automatically moves and up down problem and remote reciveing totally off problem.in my area nothing any service centre so please help me ,i have some technical knowledge and i repair it please suggest what i do.
