Broken camcorder case.

The fabric strap that is attached to the Canon DM-GL1 camcorder body is broken off from the camcorder case. The metal eyelet that was on the camcorder case that the strap went through has broken off of the camcorder body and now one end of the strap doesn't have anything to attach to. I need to know what the price and part number would be for this camcorder case? Or if there is a service center to have this camcorder sent to then I need the information for this service center. Thanks.
