Information on this has been sent via DIRECT e-mail, should anyone else be considering making a similar request please note that it must be done by posting via "post new message" in blue print at the top of the main listing page and "not" by clicking reply, as if this is done it will not be seen as a new posting and likewise ignored. Also anyone who chooses to restrict their e-mail address will be unable to receive the info as it has to go to a DIRECT e-mail address as it contains JPEG attachments for illustration purposes.
