C: I just finished using PhotoRescue to retrieve ALL my precious photos. Buying this program was the best $29.00 purchase I ever made. It worked without a glitch. Go to to download a trial version. Deimos

Cray: I got the same problem in a DSC-P30. I talked to Sony and they told me to download a revised USB driver but that didn't solve the problem. I am stuck. I don't want to lose my pictures either. Did you manage to download at least some of the pictures? I did, and noticed that the pictures were cut off a little on one side and on the opposite they were showing a little sliver of another picture. Perhaps the separation between the pictures is not working well. Let me know if you find a solution. Deimos
