JVC has a few places in Calif or you can send it my way if you wish...I am in Houston. Let me know.
I believe either the drum/motor is not engaging the tape basket or the tape basket itself may be failing in some way. We always check the lesser repair first.
Again, let me know if you wish the Calif info or the Houston info. Our backlog is about 15 business days once received in. I am not sure what the Calif facility is running on backlog.

  i have a dvm70 jvc cybercam and the tape get stuck and the door does not want to open at times i would like to get it repair ,paid to much money is there somewhere i can send it to get repaired, please e-mail me
