  This is Kelvin from Lake Providence and I am having the same problems that other people are having with the camera suddenly going into safeguard mode. I wish you had a solution to this problem because this camera hasn't even worked for a solid year and I know that shouldn't be. Camera has not been dropped or abused in any way so I dont know what the problem could be. I have a JVC Compact Vhs Camcorder and my model number is GR-AXM18U. Thanks for your help in concern.   Hi there, I have a GZ-MC100 digital video camera. The camera won't power up under battery but does with the power adapter. I have 3 batteries, have charged them all up and none of them power the camera. Can you please provide a solution. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you

  hello dear,
  i have JVC TV model number AV-20820. i just noticed a little green light on top center of the screen sometimes red in different channels

  When I try to turn on my video camera (JVC), nothing shows up not even a sound. the screen is just black is there any way I can fix it?

  My JVC GR-D72U also has a black screen with the lens cap error (the camera does not even have a lens cap). Do you know how to fix it or get it fixed?

  Hi,
  I have a JVC GR-DV700 which does not eject the tape (it has a tape stuck inside ). I found that loading motor gear is damage again. I had replaced the same gear(complete motor)about a month and half ago and customer is back with same problem. What could be the problem with it? I will appreciate your help regarding this problem.

  Help please
  We have A JVC GZ-MG27U camcorder and we recorded 7 different sections and stopped the camera between each one.When we tried to burn them to a DVD it put 2 sections on 1 DVD. Can you tell us how to get each section onto 1 DVD.
  I have read the book and it seems this can be done but can't figure out how.
  any help would be appreciated.

  I have a JVC GR-DVM1. It will zoom in, but not out. If I remove the battery, it returns to the widest setting, but will still only zoom in (T), not out (W)
