I'm having the loading problem with the DR-MV1S DVD video and VCR unit. I would like to take it into a service center to get it repaired. I live in zip code 75019. Is there somewhere close I can take this unit to get it repaired. The JVC site only showed GA for my zip code. Thanks

I have an av-32f703. Within 2-3 seconds after it is turned on, it shuts off and the timer light blinks. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to turn on again for 2-3 seconds... Any ideas?

Hello I recently bought a Cam Corder M# GRDX95-US in March 2004. I used the camcorder for an international trip using only 4 video cartridges. Recently, I used the camcorder again on a recent trip this month and started to get "Lens Cap" error. It worked intermittenly and was able to video only 3/4 of the tape. Overall, with the cost of this product, I have only used it twice within a year, I have not had the chance to really use this camcorder effectively. Can you please advise. Thank You Jorgen Quiban

I have a jvc tv # AV-270-20 serial # 17414089 I purchased it in Toronto in 2000 Daytime viewing is out of the question. The picture quality is very poor-at the moment I have a scrolling line I can't to stop. Video viewing is not bad but tv is worse. I have tried everything in the manual-it has gotten progressivly worse. Do tvs picture tubes ever need replacing? Hope you can help- Peggy
