Assistance with JVC product

    I have a JVC 27” TV purchased September of 2001 with an unusual problem. While watching a sporting event, like a baseball or football game, the “border” on the top of the screen which displays game information, displays it upside down. The border is like a transparent white that you can see the information through, but upside down. All other programs are okay. I realize that the warranty has expired but could there be a recall or some type of service flash for this problem? The model number is AV27D302, serial number 12611143S. Have you ever heard of such a problem? Thank you, Bob

    My camcorder, jvc gr-DVL805u, worked perfect for a long time but recently i went to change tapes and i pull the eject tab at the bottom and the casing comes open but the tape inside doesnt come out like its suppose to. I see where the black label says do not touch here, i havent ever touched that, i see where ther eis a red tab and it says push here, i pushed there and nothing has happened. so i need help with this problem on what to do. thanks

    I have a JVC model # GR-D22U. serial # 178V1412. I can't ever use the darn thing because it gives me the message "please wait - condensation". Please advise. I'm extremely frustrated. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

    Please I need help since my freind messed with my old Tv set a JVC AV-20NMG3B after pressing the remote display and picture mode functions at the same time,from that time it keeps blinking the blue screen and lines while viewing, it also it keeps saying picture booster off.     I have a JVC GY-DV500 eating tapes, error are 7202 and 7203 how can it be fixed? thanks

    my model # is av48wp34 and i have blue lines on my tv. they show up more on channels that are broadcast in hi-definition. please help don't know what is going on i love my tv.

    I bought the JVC DRM10S DVD recorder in 2004. I have sent it back 3 times to the factory service center in New Jersey. It is malfunctioning again and hasn't worked for months. The JVC service center said since I haven't called for a few months I am not on "record" of having a recent problem!!! It has malfunctioned since 2004 with loading and freezing problems even after the repair center "FIXED" itthree times. Why do we have to put up with this kind of service? Why isn't this problem made right by JVC? Shouldn't the customers have more respect when we buy defective products? Why should I have to pay shipping costs 4 times? Steve

    i think i have a GR-D70 and I've had it for about three years, took excellent care if it, never had any problems, until one day, after charging, it just didn't turn-on or respond to anything!!!! I read something online that said it had a fuse in it but i opened it up but i couldn't find it. please help!!!!! call 765-623-8981 if you have any helpful tips at all. thank you
